Membership is free and voluntary.

You may apply if you:

  • Live or operate a business in Camphersdrift, Glen Barrie, or Heatherlands

  • Are 18 years or older

Code of Conduct

By applying for membership, you confirm that you:

  • Agree to the CGH Neighbourhood Watch Constitution and Code of Conduct

  • Understand that CGH Neighbourhood Watch is not a legal entity

  • Acknowledge that the organisation operates within Western Cape Provincial Neighbourhood Watch guidelines

All member information is treated as strictly confidential.

Please allow up to 72 hours for application review.

CGH Neighbourhood Watch is run by volunteers, and verification may take longer in some cases.

To stay informed with neighbourhood alerts and updates, residents are encouraged to also join the CGH Neighbourhood Watch WhatsApp Community.

The WhatsApp Community is used for:

  • Safety and neighbourhood alerts

  • Road and area updates

  • Lost & found notifications

Important: Joining the WhatsApp Community does not replace formal membership of CGH Neighbourhood Watch.
