Joining is free and voluntary however, you must be living or have a business in the Camphersdrift, Glen Barrie or Heatherlands area and be 18years old to become a member of the CGH Neighbourhood Watch.

Submission of this form declares that you subscribe to the Constitution and Code of Conduct of the CGH Neighbourhood Watch. The CGHNW is not a legal person and functions within the guidelines provided by and set out in the Western Cape Provincial Constitution and Code of Conduct for Neighbourhood Watch Structures.
